PRD Energy Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell certain interests in three licenses in the Central Mackenzie Valley area of the Canadian Northwest Territories.

The package includes 10.878% interest in a 16-section block of land at Summit Creek and 10.878% working interest in two licenses comprising nine sections at Stewart Lake.
