Raptor Capital Corp., Calgary, (NEX: RCP-H) has issued C$177,500 in promissory notes to cover loans of of C$92,250 received prior to July 1 and C$85,250 received after July 1.

Raptor Capital is a junior capital pool company that owns oil and gas properties in Alberta.
