Hefner Energy Partners LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to sell its 75% net revenue interest in a South Texas Eagle Ford leasehold in a negotiated transaction.

The Eagle Ford package comprises approximately 3,406 gross acres (3,045 net acres) in Lavaca County. The primary term is for three years, with a two-year option to extend.
