Current production from the properties is about 310 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) per day – 177 barrels of oil and natural gas liquids and 793 Mcf per day of natural gas.
The most notable geological features of this region are the Lower Huron (Devonian) shale at a relatively shallow drill depth, of 3,200 to 5,000 feet, and Marcellus shale with Utica shale lying at deeper levels underneath.
In addition to treatment, FRS offers numerous water management service options such as storage, transport services (rail and truck), and disposal (non-return) across Pennsylvania.
The package includes ownership in approximately 250 producing wells with a weighted average 93% working interest (approximately 76% net revenue interest) across 13,274 gross / 12,243 net acres, all of which is held by production.
